I love martial arts, and have trained in Kickboxing for 10 years gaining my black belt and competing in numerous competitions gaining National Campion in 2000. I then went on to train in Taekwondo, karate and mixed martial arts for many more years. I enjoy the buzz from training in martial arts, the endorphin rush from cardio and strength training; I was at my fittest when training regularly. I want to share this buzz with others, and give the rewards from this form of training without the stress of contact. This is strictly a NON-CONTACT class and will work on different types of skipping, focus pad work, standing line work, strength work and flexibly.
