Pilates for runners and walkers
Pilates teamed with running or walking is the perfect match for whole body fitness. This program progressively strengthens and tones core muscles as well as sport specific muscles, making you stronger and reducing injuries. Class starts a little later so you can integrate this class into your running or walking training program. Feel free to come straight to class from run/walk.
Consistent Pilates can help runners and walkers by:
